Before commissioning, please read the terms of service below.Terms of Service may change from time to time, but it will not affect your order in any negative way.
General
• I don't draw - NSFW, heavy urban backgrounds, anything implicitly or explicitly offensive/hateful, anthro.I draw - dragons, other fantastic animals (unicorns, griffins, etc.), animals.• If you provide clear references for your project, showing clear design, it will be easier for me. These are images and text description.
I would love to have as much information as possible!• The artist may delay work on the commission for health problems.
At any time, the artist can cancel the commission in the following situations: disrespectful communication and behavior, no payment for more than 7 days, unexpected situations in life, harassment, Etc.• If I accept your commission, you will be notified via your preferred contact method and your name/commission status will be added to my commission queue on Trello.
If you have been accepted to the waiting list, you will be notified and added to my waiting list. I will contact you again soon when I am ready to start the commission.If I accept it, it means that I would like to continue the commission and I will contact you soon to discuss payment, time schedule and any questions.Rejected applications will receive a notification.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is made in advance in EUR via Paypal or SumUp. I will send you the invoice to the email you provided.Make sure you can make the payment within 7 working days of the invoice's date. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be cancelled.If serious circumstances prevent you from making a payment within this time frame, feel free to let me know and we'll work something out!For huge projects, I will accept to make a payment plan.
Refunds are not provided since the sketch approval for both leather crafts and drawings
Process and Completion
I will send the sketch for approval. The sketch may have added color for orientation. However, if you order a sketch, I will send you only a rough sketch without color.
At this stage, you can fully intervene in the sketch.If I have any questions about your request, character, etc., I will write you a message. I will wait for your reply but please make sure you reply as soon as possible so I can continue.You can request WIP at any time during the work, it will be then added to the Trello as attachment.Time of my work depends on the complexity of the project. I'm trying to finish more complex works in 1-2 months after payment. If any complication arises during the work, for example a big time slip, I will let you know.Once I have finished the artwork, you will get the full resolution image via email or sta.sh in PNG format.
/!\ For physical orders (leather or traditionnal works), i will send you the tracking number and the package will be sent to the address you provided when billing.

Copyright & Artwork Usage
I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.You can use the ordered work for personal purposes - print it, use it as a reference, add it to your personal profile or profile pictures - make sure you enter my credit.Do not use any parts of the image for personal gain.
The artworks will be copyrighted and you may not claim artistic works as your own.
